External assessment of the level of organizational development of the NGO ForestCom

Purpose: to carry out an assessment of the level of organizational development of the NGO ForestCom with the help of the facilitation of an external expert on organizational development to strengthen the organizational capacity to respond to the challenges that arise in the current conditions and to create a reliable basis for proactive decisions to achieve the statutory goals of the organization.

Within the project, it is planned to hold three facilitated sessions and consultations to assess the level of organizational development of the NGO ForestCom with recommendations on ways to improve the organization of work among employees and the development of the Organizational Development Plan of the NGO ForestCom for the period 2023-2025.
