The first 10 days of ForestCom activities in the social and humanitarian direction

During the first ten days of the war, we succeeded in:

- Organizing humanitarian aid (medicines, hygiene products, baby food, long-term food, clothing for adults and children, etc.) from our colleagues at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (Germany). The collected aid for about 14 thousand euros was delivered to a mother and child care service of NDSL "Ohmadit" (Kyiv), refugees temporarily staying in Lviv and civilian self-defense groups.

- Organizing and redirecting humanitarian aid (water, food, sanitary supplies, etc.) from the University Of Agriculture In Kraków (Poland) and State Emergency Services of Poland (Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna w Kłaju) for the heating tent for fleeing refugees organized by employees of the State Enterprise "Rava-Ruska Forestry" near the Rava-Ruska-Grebene checkpoint.

- Organizing the possibility of transporting several families with children and their settlement abroad.

- Carry out the transportation of bread by own transports across Lviv from Bratvanka bakery (Local).

- Transfering 6 sets of walkie-talkies that were on the balance of ForestCom for the defense needs of the region.
