During more than 100 days of full-scale war, the Armed Forces destroyed 30,950 occupiers, and our team helped almost 4,000 victims of Russian aggression in Ukraine.
“Before the war, our team implemented projects aimed at preserving forest ecosystems. The first missile strikes in Kyiv divided life into "before" and "after". As a result, we had to postpone some of the main activities and quickly refocused on countering the Russian occupiers and helping the victims. It was not easy, first of all, psychologically. But we did it. And now we are happy, as kids, that we can help ordinary people in some way,” - says Dmytro Karabchuk, head & CEO of the NGO ForestCOM.
For 100 days, from February 24 to June 6, as part of the Local Humanitarian Response Initiative, we helped about 4,000 people living in war-affected communities and sheltered IDPs  together with NGO "National Interest Advocacy Network "ANTS".
