Taras Kharachko

Taras holds a Master's in Forestry (2000) and earned his Ph.D. in Agriculture from the National Forestry University of Ukraine in 2010. He was bestowed with the title of Associate Professor in 2013 and boasts two decades of teaching experience. Taras possesses a diverse skill set encompassing forestry, environmental protection, production organization, marketing, and administration, notably demonstrated through his ownership of the "Kolodentsi Ornamental Nursery." Here, he nurtures a collection exceeding 150 species and cultivars of woody plants.

In tandem with his expertise in reforestation issues in Ukraine, Taras has dedicated the past few years to eco-education for both children and adults. This multifaceted approach showcases his commitment to addressing environmental challenges through education and practical engagement.
